MORE BMW SUCCESS AT THE CCT100 AWARDS 2020.

BMW has built on last year’s success at the Company Car Today's CCT100 Awards 2020 by winning four awards. Most notably the BMW 3 Series collected the Car of the Year award, while the BMW 5 Series won its third consecutive Executive Car of the Year award.

“BMW scored a hugely impressive hat-trick of category victories... with each of its core fleet models coming out as best in class, plus the crowning glory of the 3 Series being chosen as our overall CCT100 Car of the Year,” said Paul Barker, Company Car Today Editor.

Other awards won by BMW included the Compact Executive Car of the Year award, which was also won by the BMW 3 Series, and the Premium Lower Medium Car of the Year award for the BMW 1 Series.

“It was a big year of change for BMW... these awards prove the brand has successfully and brilliantly replaced two fleet favourites with models that are more efficient, cleverer and all-round better than their predecessors, while the 5 Series, a former CCT100 Car of the Year, continues to be the best executive model by some distance.”

THE CCT100 AWARDS.

Car manufacturers place a great deal of importance on the annual CCT100 Awards because it represents Company Car Today’s definitive list of the 100 cars fulfilling any business car requirement. For every awards category, there is a shortlist of five cars. Winners are selected based on 12 key factors, including emissions, price, running costs, company car tax, practicality, desirability and the driving experience.
