Instantly noticeable is the new bonnet, which now sits 50mm taller and features sharply cut contours and a larger BMW roundel. With this is also a fresh take on the iconic kidney grille, which has increased in size by 40%.

Complementing the new look and feel is a modified rear apron and integrated exhaust tailpipes, which have broader chrome detailing. Other eye-catching features include the three-dimensional rear lights and the new BMW light Band. This slim light strip runs the full width of the tailgate and offers enhanced signalling in both night and day conditions.

RELAX IN LUXURY.

Sitting inside the new BMW 7 Series lives up to the understandably high expectations. From the exclusive Nappa leather, which can be optionally enjoyed with extended quilting in Merino leather, to the first-class feel of the Sky Lounge, the journey has been elevated in every way to embrace new levels of opulence.

For rear seat passengers there is even more to enjoy. The BMW 7 Series now comes with the latest version of the BMW Touch Command control unit and the new entertainment system, which has a pair of 10-inch, full-HD touchscreen displays including Blu-ray player.

With both petrol and diesel engines, which come as six, eight and twelve cylinders variants, there is a new 7 Series for all occasions. What’s more, the BMW 7 Series comes available as an M Performance model as standard in the UK. So it's not surprising that the new BMW 730d xDrive with a TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder diesel engine goes from 0 to 62mph in just 6.1 seconds.

There are also new plug-in hybrid variants that offers a virtually silent, all-electric driving experience with zero local emissions. Featuring a specially adapted six-cylinder inline petrol engine and a more advanced high-voltage battery, the BMW 745e plug-in hybrid reaches speeds of up to 87mph in pure electric mode.

SEAMLESS LIVING.

The BMW 7 Series delivers a next-generation driving experience through numerous innovations and delightful touches. From the BMW Live Cockpit Professional and new BMW operating system 7.0, both as standard, to the fully digital, high-resolution instrument cluster behind the steering wheel, the journey is now more aligned with the digital world. Other features include touchscreen functionality for the Control Display, and the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, which comes with enhanced voice controls.
