The BMW 2 Series Active Tourer has won 'MPV of the year' at this year's Honest John Awards, which were announced on Thursday 3 May.

The awards, which span across 17 categories ranging from City Car to Performance Car, celebrate the cars that are most popular with the Honest John readers. Rather than being selected by a conventional panel of experts or celebrity judges, the winners are based on the cars that have received the most page views on www.honestjohn.co.uk over the past 12 months. With around two million site visits each month, winning an award is no easy feat.
