In line with Government advice, BMW Retailers around the UK have now reopened their doors with social distancing measures in place.
Our Retailers are contacting BMW Financial Services customers awaiting the delivery of a new vehicle to confirm the current status of their order and next steps.
Following the lifting of movement restrictions, we are also now able to collect vehicles from customers who wish to return their vehicle at the end of their contract.
Payment Deferral for Customers impacted by Coronavirus.
If BMW Financial Services customers are experiencing temporary financial difficulties as a result of COVID-19, we can offer support known as a Payment Deferral via an online process.
Following new guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority, we can now provide customers who have previously agreed a Payment Deferral from us with an additional Payment Deferral of up to three months.
Please be aware that deferring payment means that the cost of finance is greater in the long run as it takes longer to repay the agreement. Our recommendation is that if customers can continue to pay their finance or can resume their payments then it is in their interests to do so.
