Since 2019, BMW i has teamed up with AllBright, an exclusive club and community for women, in support of their mission to celebrate and champion women who are inspiring change. This growing global business network has clubs in London and West Hollywood, with more to come in New York and Washington DC. In addition to these beautifully curated spaces, members also have access to programmed events, club and partner facilities, and also the opportunity to meet like-minded women within a positive community.
At its core, the purpose of AllBright is to support women with their careers, regardless of their age or stage. This is achieved through skills development, on-going events and by providing a unique environment to connect, create and collaborate.
Supporting these ambitions is the AllBright Academy, which is a 10-week digital course, and also an exclusive live events programme. These live events include a monthly Pitch Day, which offers the opportunity for members to make industry contacts, with a mix of founders and funders usually in attendance.
BMW i has teamed up with AllBright through several exclusive events. As part of this, experts, industry figureheads and brands are brought together to highlight important issues facing women today. Recent events include AllGreen and InnovateHer. AllGreen is a week of specially curated events that explore the role sustainability plays in women’s lives, from work and finance to tech and design. InnovateHer is an on-going event that explores the integral role women play in innovation and future technology.
AllBright was founded in 2017 by Debbie Wosskow OBE (Founder of LoveHomeSwap) and Anna Jones (former CEO of Hearst). As true entrepreneurs, they both saw a great opportunity and a real need for women in the modern workplace; so it wasn’t long before the first AllBright Club was opened in London (Rathbone) in March, 2018. More recently, an AllBright club has opened in Mayfair.
From the all-electric, iconic BMW i3, i4 Gran Coupé, iX3 Sports Activity Vehicle and the BMW iX, BMW i is at the forefront of innovation and cutting-edge technology. This ambition to create a genuine and premium electric driving experience aligns with AllBright’s views on sustainability, which are inspired by the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
